It is a fact that it is hard all over. In fact, many have talked on several occasions about how the banking industry got a hand out and the automobile industry got a hand out. The problem is that most minorities in America in financial hardship have nowhere to turn when it comes to receiving help. However, research has shown that they don’t want a hand out. Most minorities admit they simply want a hand up.
